Fabian-Carlos Guhl has a background in development cooperation and tech ecosystem development. He has worked in both public and private sector across 25 African countries over the past five years. Fabian worked with the European Young Innovators Forum in Brussels, the United Nations Secretariat in NYC and African Development Bank Group in Tunis. He served on the Global Steering Board of Africa Code Week, an initiative that introduces 1,3 Million African children annually to the concept of code, and he is a regular speaker on start-ups and innovation in Africa, at events like The Africa CEO Forum by Jeune Afrique, the International Finance Development Forum by the World Bank Group and the Global Entrepreneurship Summit by the U.S. State Department. He was a delegate and facilitator at the World Economic Forum for Africa and a contributor to its Internet4All Initiative. Fabian is the Africa Representative of the German Startups Association. Fabian studied Media, Communications and International Business at Freie Universität Berlin, CELSA – Université Paris Sorbonne IV and ESCP Europe in London and Paris.

Martin Bruncko is a technology entrepreneur, investor and former public policy leader. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Steam Capital, and a high-level advisor to European Commissioner for R&D and innovations. Martin has held several senior positions, including Junior Minister for Innovations and Deputy for European Affairs of the Minister of Finance. His experience in the international space is also extensive - he is the former Senior Director and Head of Europe at World Economic Forum and founder and Executive Chairman of Neulogy, a premier advisory and investment boutique in Central and Eastern Europe focusing on R&D and deep tech start-ups. Martin has acquired extensive management, board and advisory experiences in several innovative deep tech companies. He has a MA from Stanford University and MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.

Sainabou Jallow is an international development professional with experience supporting initiatives on entrepreneurship, civil society engagement, and youth empowerment for the African Development Bank Group, consulting companies and German organizations active in Africa. She is passionate about supporting innovation and job creation in the African continent, thus she has amassed experience in providing capacity building, resource mobilization and empowerment support for African social entrepreneurs. Sainabou holds an M.Sc. in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, a B.A. in Economics and International Affairs from University of Georgia and speaks four languages.

Simon Peters is passionate about empowering disruptive African start-ups to leapfrog their entire industries. His expertise is on digitization, decentralization and circular business models. Simon was the co-Founder & Head of Business Development at SensXAfrica Limited, a global initiative in Zambia to empower disruptive African start-ups to leapfrog their entire industries by connecting them with funding opportunities. He has extensive experience mentoring tech entrepreneurs in Africa. Simon is currently pursuing an International Management Bachelor of Science Program at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
